Feedback for airport transfer from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Torun

Safety and courtesy for lone traveller I am a female traveling alone with a lot of luggage. The driver was wonderful - friendly and attentive. He was not at the specified meeting place but that was quickly remedied with a phone call.

Feedback for airport transfer from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Warsaw City Centre

They were very patient, the driver waited for us for about 30minutes because we waited for our baggage. We had a great time and he even helped us with carrying our baggage. I was about to give a tip but he already left. Overall the experience was good from booking to bringing us safely to our destination. Thank you

Warsaw Airport Transfer Service

Warsaw will win your heart with its diversity and turbulent past. Here you will find a mix of restored Gothic, communist and modern glass & steel buildings. Warsaw has suffered a lot in World War II, and the city survived virtual destruction at the end of it. Today it’s a modern city with exquisite dining and thriving cultural scene.

Must-visit places in Warsaw

The Old Town should be the starting point of your tour around Warsaw. Then, take the Royal Route from the Royal Castle and Square to the suburban residence, Wilanow. To learn more about the history of the town, visit the Jewish Quarter and the Warsaw Rising Museum. Don’t forget that Warsaw is the home of the great composer Frederick Chopin, so visit the Chopin Museum to learn more about his life.

Getting around the city

Warsaw has a comprehensive public transport which includes bus, metro and tram network. The ticketing system is unified, so it’s easy to combine different types of public transport using the same ticket.

The metro network has two lines, one running from north to east and the newer line which connects the west part to the east part of Warsaw. Both lines intersect at the Swietokrzyska station.

There are several bus types in Warsaw which cover the city and the suburbs. The express lines have fewer stops and connect the farthest districts of Warsaw. During the night, there are several bus lines you can use if you’re checking out Warsaw’s nightlife.

In peak hours, the traffic in Warsaw can get very crowded, so instead of taking the bus, the tram is a better solution. The tram network is extensive and covers a large part of the city. In case there are some interruptions, for example, a breakdown, a bus will take over the route.

Public transport from and to the airport

Two airports are serving the Warsaw area. The first one is Warsaw Chopin Airport which is the largest in Poland, handling almost 40% of the traffic in the country. The second one is the Warsaw Modlin Airport. Both airports have regular public transport connections to the city, while you can take an airport taxi or book a private Warsaw transfer, as well.

There are four bus lines to Warsaw operating during the day and one-night bus. The buses make multiple stops near the main stations and hotels. Also, you can use them to reach Ursynow and Praga neighbourhoods. The night bus runs from Chopin International to the Warsaw Central Station. ModlinBus operates daily from Modlin International to Warsaw.

Since 2012 there is a railway connection from Chopin International to the city centre. The train station is in Terminal A. There are two fast urban trains which run through the city centre to Legionowo and Sulejowek Milosna. There is no train station at the Modlin airport, but you will need to take a special bus to Modlin Railway Station and take a train to Warsaw.

There are dedicated taxi ranks at both airports where you can take an airport taxi to Warsaw.

Arrange a private Warsaw airport transfer

A better alternative to the airport taxi would be to book a private Warsaw transfer before your arrival. We can help you with your Warsaw transfer and provide you with a smooth and comfortable journey. The airport transfer can be booked online by entering the transfer details and choosing a vehicle. The booking process is quick and easy, while the payment can be made online or in cash to the driver.

The driver will be waiting at the meeting point, holding a sign with your name. The flight monitoring service is included free of charge, so we will adjust the pickup time in case there are unexpected flight delays.
