Excellent but instructions need updating Very good to have text from driver when taxiing to gate. Instructions need to be updated - there was no one waiting with a board with our name on, we had to find our own way out to the taxi rank at HANEDA.

Needs better organisation. I was disappointed at the service I got when we first announced our arrival at the office we were told to wait outside for fifteen minutes and our driver would be there. How he was supposed to know who we were is beyond me as there was dozens of people outside. If we had been told to stand at a certain point that would have been better, after a thirty minute wait I had to go back to the office to complain about the time we had been waiting. Luckily for us the driver appeared at the desk looking for me. It needs better organising.
